as the seasons change, so do our menus. This season, we are featuring several warm and hearty yet healthy options.


Ratatouille for You-ee. It eez not just for zee French! Fresh zucchini, eggplant, squash, bell peppers, and onions are roasted in a savory tomato broth and topped with creamy goat cheese. Served with parmesan couscous, this is healthy and delicious bistro fare at its best.

Eggplant Parmigiana. Thick slices of fresh eggplant are layered thickly with our signature homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil, and creamy ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Served with our signature garlic bread and a vegetable.

Vegetarian Lasagna. Layers of eggplant and zucchini are paired with parmesan and ricotta cheeses, fresh basil, and tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese, and broiled to perfection.

Stuffed Peppers. This vegetarian version is a twist on the classic recipe. Bright bell peppers are stuffed with pesto couscous, protein-packed garbanzo beans, and chunks of creamy feta cheese, then pan-roasted.

Spanakopita. Our spinach pie will melt in your mouth! Layers of phyllo dough are packed with a rich, creamy mixture of spinach, pine nuts and feta cheese, then baked until golden. We pair this entrée with our cucumber-yogurt salad for a healthy, filling meal.

Chicken & Turkey

Coq au Vin. Chicken, mushrooms, pearl onions, and herbs are cooked in rich burgundy wine and served with our creamy butter-parsley mashed potatoes. This dish will have you cheering “C'est magnifique!”

Grilled Chicken Parmigiana. A lighter alternative to the classic dish, this recipe uses grilled chicken breasts instead of breaded ones, layered with fresh basil, our signature homemade tomato sauce, and thick slices of buffalo mozzarella. Served with our signature garlic bread and a vegetable.

Chicken Marsala. Herbed chicken breasts, braised with mushrooms in a savory marsala sauce, are served with a vegetable and linguine in a garlic-lemon sauce.

Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice. Thick piles of Jasmine rice and fresh summer vegetables are combined with flavorful ginger chicken in this succulent dish.

Open-Faced Chicken Cordon Bleu. Chicken breasts are sautéed, then topped with Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese, and our secret-recipe Dijon wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable.

Chicken Pot Pie. This rich, creamy blend of roasted chicken and vegetables is baked to perfection in a cheddar pastry crust. This dish is the perfect answer to a chilly fall evening.

Chicken Chili. One of our signature recipes and top requests! Generous chunks of white-meat chicken are slow-cooked with tomatoes, bell peppers, beans, onions, spices, and topped with cheddar cheese. Served with Grandma Maria’s secret-recipe cornbread.

Turkey-Basil Lasagna. Mangia! This is one of our all-time favorites. Layers of semolina noodles are smothered in creamy ricotta and goat cheeses, sweet Italian turkey sausage and basil, then covered in our signature tomato sauce before being piled with fresh buffalo mozzarella. Served with our signature garlic bread.

Roast Turkey Dinner. This dinner brings Thanksgiving to the table at any time of year! Roast turkey breast is served with our homemade gravy, Southern Comfort-spiked sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce.


Maple-Glazed Salmon. Salmon filets marinated with a savory-sweet glaze are roasted en papillote and served alongside wild rice and a vegetable.

Rainbow Trout. Rainbow trout is crusted in a light walnut meal, then pan-seared. Topped with sautéed spinach and served with our signature potatoes au gratin.

Southwestern-Style Tilapia. Cornmeal-crusted tilapia filets are pan-seared and served with a black-bean and corn salad. Olé!

Macadamia-Encrusted Halibut. Light, flaky halibut is encrusted in macadamia nuts and drizzled with a sweet citrus cream. Paired with flavorful coconut rice and a vegetable.

Chili-Rubbed Cod. Cod filets are lightly dusted with a mild yet flavorful chili powder rub, then pan-seared and drizzled with cilantro cream. Served with Napa cabbage slaw and tortillas, should you choose to turn this meal into fish tacos!

Pork & Beef

Pulled Pork. Southern comfort food at its best: Our braised, barbecued pulled pork is served with hearty sandwich buns, baked beans, and our own personal favorite: creamy, dreamy mac ‘n cheese.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Wine Sauce. One of our all-time favorites. Loin of pork is stuffed with savory goat cheese and roasted, then drizzled with a red wine balsamic cherry sauce. For your enjoyment, we pair this dish with our other cult phenomenon: potatoes au gratin.

Honey-Glazed Spareribs. Our honey-glazed barbecue pork spareribs are slow cooked to perfection. Served with crunchy coleslaw and baked beans for a perfect picnic – even if it’s held at your dining room table.

Beef Kebabs. Fresh chunks of sirloin are marinated in our special blend of herbs and pressed Napa Valley olive oil, then seared with a variety of vegetables and paired with roasted lemon-herb potatoes. This combination of Greek classics will have you cheering “Opa!” before the night is through.

Swedish Meatballs. Savory meatballs are slow cooked with a rich and flavorful sauce. We pair this dish with a serving of lingonberries and our famed potatoes au gratin.

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Meatloaf. Barbecue and meatloaf? Who’d guess it was a marriage made in heaven?! This juicy, flavorful meatloaf will melt in your mouth and have everyone asking for seconds. We use only the finest sirloin and a homemade sauce to create this masterpiece. Served with our sensational potatoes au gratin and a vegetable.

Classic Lasagna. Semolina noodles are stuffed with layers of fresh beef, our signature homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil, and a variety of cheese. This savory classic is sure to please anyone sitting around your table. Served with our signature garlic bread and a vegetable.

Tuscan Pot Roast. Succulent beef roast and vegetables are slow-cooked in a savory red wine-tomato sauce and served with creamy egg noodles for a warm, hearty meal.

Beef Bourguignon. This superb French classic is a crowd-pleasing favorite. Generous cubes of sirloin are pan-seared, then braised in a rich red wine broth with fresh herbs, carrots, onions, mushrooms and pearl onions. We serve this dish with the only side it really needs: a loaf of crusty French bread.

Soups & Stews

Cheddar Ale Soup. Flavorful and creamy, this soup blends mountains of cheddar cheese with rich ale. Served with a loaf of crusty bread.

Taco Soup. Another crowd-pleasing favorite, this soup combines ground beef, corn, olives, beans, tomatoes, and spices for a hearty meal. Sour cream and cheese are provided. Served with tortilla chips.

Minnesota Chicken Wild Rice Soup. Minnesota wild rice and cubes of white-meat chicken are simmered with vegetables in our creamy, satisfying take on this classic recipe.

Sweet Potato & Sausage Soup. An unlikely but remarkable pairing of ingredients, this soup wins everyone over immediately. Rich slices of Spanish chorizo are paired with sweet potatoes and spinach, then simmered into a smoky, rich marriage of flavors. This dish is so hearty and flavorful, we leave it just as it is, with no sides as distraction!

Hearty Lentil Chili. A great vegetarian option but perfect for anyone around your table, this chili combines chunks of tomatoes with lentils and herbs for a healthy, delicious dinner. Served with tortilla chips.

Cheddar Corn Chowder. Believe it or not, this was the very first dish Chef Melissa cooked that made her want to spend a lifetime standing at the stove! Kernels of sweet corn, cubes of potatoes, flecks of bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese are simmered in our homemade chicken stock, and the end result is always delicious. (Please note: bacon can be omitted and vegetable stock can be used in lieu of chicken to make this entrée vegetarian-friendly.)

Breakfast for Dinner

Breakfast Casserole. Because sometimes breakfast at dinner can be fun – also perfect if you know you’ll be running out the door for an early-morning meeting and will need a good send-off! Layers of maple-glazed sausage, eggs, mozzarella cheese, herbs, and Italian bread make this light, airy casserole a perfect option for day or night.

Ham and Asparagus Quiche. This is the perfect option for a light dinner or if you anticipate company for Sunday brunch. Flaky pastry is filled with a savory combination of baked ham, roasted asparagus, shallots and three types of cheese. We pair this dish with a vibrant fruit salad.
